Bringing you the challenge between top-notch chefs from Penang’s renown hotels, showcasing their unique skills and experience, witness the aura of top chefs under pressure while they challenge themselves to prepare required dishes within a given time frame. Other than time factor, competitors are required to curate their dish using a compulsory ingredient which will only be revealed at the start of the competition. The challenge does not stop here.
On top of all the above, competitors are required to use the pre-determined method – the “Sous-Vide”. Now, are you game for a challenge? Come cook up a name for yourself!

Addicted to pretty looking latte art? Register and challenge yourself to be the first PIFF Latte Art Champion! Starting from round 16 to the final 6, you can put your latte art skills to challenge with the help of tools and flavoured powder. The competition is judged based on a given time, and your final product will be judged based on visual attributes, creativity, identical patterns in the pairs, contrast in patterns and overall performances. Lets join to create, then celebrate!

The inaugural PIFF Cocktail Competition calls for creative and bold ‘mixers’ who are ready to be taken on a challenge! Other than a great way to explore, expand & flaunt ones’ bartending skills, the PIFF Cocktail Competition will give bartenders a platform to spark their creativity and challenge their limits. The competition will require one to craft a number of cocktails within a given time, design drinks on the spot with the use of a secret ingredient and to compete using his/her signature number! If you’re an eager bartender or love bartending, come make a name for yourself! Shake away and win that game!
